Dear Organizers,

I would like to express my doubt over the legal ruling of this competition. The problem is that you are trying to strip the author from all his rights regarding the submitted material! But why?

So that you can publish it? The below cited rule is a simple example how to overcome this.

For the purpose of this competition the following rules would be much more appropriate:

The intellectual property rights in any entry to the ASMCompetition (including, without limitation, patents and rights to inventions; copyright and related rights; moral rights; trade marks; registered and unregistered design rights; database rights; rights in confidential information) remain the property of the entrant. By submitting an entry, the entrant grants permission for the University to reproduce their entry royalty-free for use in publicity and other promotional activities by the University and its partners, including without limitation in publications and online media. The entrant will be identified and credited as appropriate.

The existing rules, read below, are not appropriate for a competiton commemorating slavery...

All materials submitted to the Competition shall become the sole property of the Sponsor. University of North Carolina at Charlotte shall own any and all materials, 3-dimensional digital models, renderings, documentation, drawings, sketches, plans, mock ups or depictions in any format submitted of or as part of the Design as well as a fully paid up, non-exclusive, royalty-free license under any copyright or patent to make, have made, reproduce, modify, and distribute the completed Design itself. All physical materials and electronic copies of digital materials, which are furnished by the Award Recipient shall become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. Each Award Recipient will be required to enter into an Agreement which incorporates these terms and conditions.

Please compare and reflect!

P.S.: The above rule is copied from an other similar student competition.

I realy like your great outcome! Could you create the critical essay as example? Because I know that a masters sociology essay writing service could compose well researched essays of good enough quality.

This is well known that cash can make us independent. But what to do when someone does not have cash? The one way only is to try to get the business loans or student loan.
